22. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nGRAFFITI PROTECTIVE COATINGS, INC TO PROVIDE GRAFFITI ABATEMENT SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC\nWORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Graffiti Protective\nCoatings, Inc. to provide Graffiti Abatement Services increasing the contract sum by\n$129,600.00 for a new total contract sum of $259,200.00 and extending the term by one year.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Graffiti\nProtective Coatings Inc., following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.\nDISCUSSION (Items 23-24)
