Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Lan Wan Enterprise for Information\nTechnology (IT) Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with\nLan Wan Enterprise for IT Services for a three-year term of $186,000 for the first year,\nplus a one-time fee of $3,900 for the SharePoint implementation and a $10,000\ncontingency for unexpected costs, for a total amount not to exceed $199,900 in year one,\nand $186,000 for years two and three, plus a $10,000 contingency for unexpected costs,\nfor an amount not to exceed $196,900 per year; and, Appropriate an additional $55,000\nfrom available the Water Fund and General Fund Available Balances.
