18. APPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF AGREEMENTS WITH FLYING LION, INC. FOR DRONE\nSURVEILLANCE SERVICES AND RELATED INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS FOR UNION SOUTH BAY\nROOFTOP ACCESS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE and RATIFY the agreement between the City of Carson and Flying Lion, Inc. for\ndrone surveillance services.\n— 2. APPROVE and RATIFY the use agreement between Flying Lion, Inc. and the CSCDA\nCommunity Improvement Authority.\n— 3. AUTHORIZE and RATIFY the City Manager's execution of both agreements approved as to\nform by the City Attorney.
