3.A.8. Award of Contract for Construction Management for the Grand Treatment Plant and\nEquipping of the Grand Well\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award a contract for Construction Management Services for the Grand Treatment\nPlant and Equipping of the Grand Well to Civiltec Engineering, Inc., in the amount of\n$648,500 with an additional 10% contingency for a total cost of $713,350; and\n2.
