14. CONSIDER AWARD AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR WORKERS\nCOMPENSATION THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO ADMINSURE, INC. FOR A\nFIVE-YEAR TERM FROM AUGUST 15, 2025 TO AUGUST 15, 2030 (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Adminsure, Inc. to\nprovide Workers Compensation Third Party Claims administration (TPA) services to the City for\na total contract sum of $598,871 over a five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement"); and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement after approval as to form by City\nAttorney.
