CC 15. Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternates for the League of California Cities\nAnnual Conference Which Includes the Annual Business Meeting – October 8-10, 2025\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Designate Councilmember Walter Allen, III, as the voting delegate and Mayor Pro\nTem Hector Delgado, as the alternate to represent the City at the Annual Business\nMeeting of the League of California Cities General Assembly; and\n2.\nDirect the Chief Deputy City Clerk to submit the required "Voting Delegate Form"\nto the League's Sacramento Office no later than September 24, 2025.
