Award Equipment Procurement Agreement to Brightlife Designs LLC for the FY 25-26 Public Art\n& Decoration Project (ABP-005) (page 153)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to:\n1.\nAugust 5, 2025, at 6:30 P.M.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Brightlife\nDesigns LLC in the amount of $66,870.00 for the FY 25-26 Public Art\n& Decoration Project;\n2.\nApprove a contingency in the amount of $28,130.00 for unforeseen\nconditions; and\n3.\nAuthorize the Public Works Director to approve change orders within\nthe contingency amount.
