8.1\nPUBLIC HEARING FOR ISSUANCE OF TAX EXEMPT REVENUE BONDS BY THE CALIFORNIA\nMUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY UNDER THE TAX AND EQUITY FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ACT,\nIN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,000,000.\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-089, approving the issuance by the California\nMunicipal Finance Authority of exempt facility bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$50,000,000 for the purpose of financing or refinancing the acquisition, construction, improvement, and\nequipping of the Second Street Family Apartment Project.
