6.8\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UTILITY SYSTEM SCIENCE & SOFTWARE FOR\nTHE SANITARY SEWER INFLOW AND INFILTRATION STUDY\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAward Request for Proposal 25-044AG to Utility Systems Science & Software to conduct a\nSanitary Sewer Inflow and Infiltration Study.\nb.\nApprove the Professional Services Agreement with Utility System Science & Software of\nSanta Ana, CA in the amount of $500,000 to conduct a Sanitary Sewer Inflow and Infiltration\nStudy for an initial contract term through June 30, 2027.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Utility System Science & Software in the amount of $500,000 including any\nnon-substantive extensions, purchase orders, change orders, and amendments up to the\namount authorized in Corona Municipal Code Section 08.070(I) which is equivalent to 10% or\n$50,000.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct that the City Council\ntake the above actions.
