UT-2021-14; NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NIB) 25-068CA\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAdopt the Plans and Specifications for the Rudell Road Sewer Extension, Capital\nImprovement Project No. UT-2022-01, Notice Inviting Bids 25-068CA\nb.\nAward Notice Inviting Bids 25-068CA, to Augustine General Engineering, Inc., the lowest\nresponsive, responsible bidder, for the total bid amount, which includes Alternate Bid\nSchedule B, of $1,266,525, and waive any and all minor irregularities in the bidding\ndocument as submitted by said bidder.\nc.\nApprove the Construction Contract with Augustine General Engineering, Inc. for the Rudell\nRoad Sewer Extension, Capital Improvement Project No. UT-2022-01 in the amount of\n$1,266,525.\nd.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction Contract with\nAugustine General Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $1,266,525, including any nonsubstantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to 10% of total\ncontract cost or $126,652.\ne.\nAuthorize an appropriation in the amount of $286,823 to the R Rudell Road Sewer Extension,\nCapital Improvement Project No. UT-2022-01from the Sewer Capacity Fund 440.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and, to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.
