E.\nAPPROVE THE PURCHASE OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND\nCONDITIONS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM\nCOVID-19 FUNDING AND APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH FAMILY SERVICES\nASSOCIATION FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION AT THE EDDIE DEE SMITH\nSENIOR CENTER\nRequested Action:\n1. That the City Council approve the use of the City's CDBG-CV funds to pay for the purchase of\nkitchen equipment at the Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center; and\n2. That the City Council approve the Agreement with Family Services Association for Family Services\nAssociation to purchase a freezer and additional kitchen equipment for an amount not to exceed\n$50,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and\nformat attached and as approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report "PDF"
