SUMMARY OF ALISO CREEK ESTUARY RESTORATION’S CONCEPTUAL\nREVIEW AND NEXT STEPS INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW\nRecommendations:\n(1) Direct staff to prepare a Scope of Work to prepare an Environmental Impact\nReport to address potential environmental effects of the proposed Aliso Creek\nEstuary Restoration, along with a range of project alternatives as required by the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act, including the no project alternative; and;\n(2) Authorize the Laguna Ocean Foundation to submit a Design Review\napplication for the restoration project on City-owned property and waive the\nDesign Review application fee.\nAgenda Report\nPublic Comments
