10.B. Public Hearing and Approval of the FY2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, and FY2025-2026\nAnnual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME\nInvestment Partnerships Programs\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Conduct a public hearing and receive public comments and testimony on the FY\n2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (“CP”), and FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan (“AAP”);\n2. Approve and authorize the submittal of the FY 2025-2029 CP, and FY 2025-2026\nAAP, including Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) and HOME\nInvestment Partnerships (“HOME”) funding recommendations;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all appropriate and necessary documents to\nreceive funding and implement approved use and make necessary budget\nadjustments based on HUD's final allocation amount;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute sub-recipient agreements with the non-profit\norganizations receiving CDBG and HOME allocations in the AAP; and\n5. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
