9.\nAdoption of the FY 2025-2026 One Year Action Plan and Acceptance of Annual\nAllocations (CDBG and HOME)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Receive public comments for final FY 2025–2026 One Year Action Plan; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order:\na. Approving and adopting the FY 2025–2026 One Year Action Plan\npresented at this meeting with such changes as approved by the City\nCouncil;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit the final version of the\nplan to HUD, with such changes and adjustments necessary for HUD\napproval;\nc. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents and\nagreements necessary to finalize the plan; and\nd. Accepting, appropriating, and expending the FY 2025–2026 allocations\nfrom HUD for CDBG and HOME programs, as well as anticipated program\nincome and carryover of prior year funds.
