PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nPublic hearing to consider adoption of a resolution to 1) determine that the creation of an\nUnderground Utility District on Crenshaw Boulevard between Imperial Highway and\n116th Street is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSections 15301(b), 15302(c) & (d), and 15303(d) of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations; and 2) create an Underground Utility District in the area shown in the report on\nExhibit A of the Resolution in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 10, Article 8 of\nthe Inglewood Municipal Code (IMC).\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive public comments; and
