b) REPORT ENCROACHMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW THE HERMOSA BEACH\n23-0154 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND VISITORS’ BUREAU TO MANAGE\nAN ANNUAL STREET POLE BANNER PROGRAM\n(Deputy City Manager Angela Crespi)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute and the City Clerk to attest the\nproposed encroachment permit for a period of one year subject to approval by the City\nAttorney (Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to direct the extension of the permit up to two additional\none-year periods.
