Consider options to update time limit for public comments on non-agendized items: to\nincrease time from one to two or three minutes; consider if time selected will be based on\nnumber of speaker cards received; or make no changes; and if an option is selected,\nauthorize and approve replacement of the following sentence “Public comments on items\nnot appearing on the meeting agenda will be limited to one minute per person” in sub-\nsection 4.1.4 of Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual Section 1.4 - Guidelines for\nAll Public Meetings with the option selected without further Council action
