2.1 Consideration of Resolution of Necessity for Condemnation of Improved\nProperty located at 23690 Bundy Canyon Road for the Bundy Canyon Road\nImprovement Project, Segment 2 (CIP 026-2)\nLocation: Bundy Canyon Rd., between Oak Canyon Dr. and Harvest Way\nPresented By: Thomas D Jex , City Attorney\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Conduct a hearing on the proposed Resolution 2025-__ of the City of Wildomar\nfinding and determining that the public interest, convenience, and necessity require\nthe acquisition of certain property for public purposes; and\n2. Review the evidence presented, including this staff report and public comments,\nand close the hearing; and\n3 Find that on September 10, 2014, in accordance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State CEQA Guidelines §15070, the City\nCouncil adopted Resolution 2014-048 certifying an Environmental Impact Report\nfor the Project, and that on September 9, 2020, the City Council adopted\nResolution 2020-62, approving an Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report,\nand that no additional CEQA findings are required for the Project; and\n4.
