1-P. 92nd Street Linear Park Project Excess Funds Grant\nRecommendation: Allocate an amount not to exceed $1,665,566 in Excess\nFunds, available to the Second Supervisorial District for a grant to the\nDepartment of Parks and Recreation, for the 92nd Street Linear Park Project, a\nnew park that will be located in the unincorporated community of\nFlorence-Firestone (2); authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation, in her\ncapacity as Director of the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space\nDistrict, to award a grant when applicable conditions have been met, and\nadminister the grant as of the date of award and pursuant to guidelines in the\nProposition A Grants Administration Manual for Specified, Per Parcel, and\nExcess Funds Projects, otherwise, funds shall remain in the Excess Funds\naccount; and find that the proposed actions are not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
