Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Habitat Protection, Inc., for pest control, rodent\nmanagement, and dead animal disposal services during Fiscal Year\n2024/25, increasing the contract by $5,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount\nof $14,960 for Fiscal Year 2024/25 only.\nItem A.5.
