Grants Management System Sole Source Agreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation, acting as\nthe Director of Regional Park and Open Space District, to execute an\namendment to a sole source agreement with Dulles Technology Partners, Inc.,\nto extend the term for an additional six months to June 30, 2025, and 12\nmonth-to-month extensions up to June 30, 2026, as needed, with the original\ncontract amount of $370,000 remaining unchanged, for the continued provision\nof hosting, maintenance, and servicing of the Grants Management System,\nwhich automates grant data collection, reporting, and tracking of the Regional\nPark and Open Space District’s Proposition A and Measure A grant program\nservices; and find that the proposed actions are not a project under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
