Implementing a Pilot Project to Advance a Countywide Preventative Legal\nAdvocacy Model for Child Welfare\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Instruct the Director of\nChildren and Family Services to amend, as needed, the agreement with\nSouthern California Grantmakers (SCG), authorized by the Board under Board\nOrder No. 3 of April 18, 2023, for the development and implementation of the\nPreventive Legal Services Hub and Warmline to increase the provision of\nprevention services, effective upon execution through September 30, 2025; and\nprovide SCG $1,070,000, using $856,000 Family First Transition Act and\n$214,000 State Block Grant funds, and cover the associated administrative fee\nof 3%.
