46. Family Visitation Centers and Safe Child Custody Exchange Sole Source\nContracts\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Children and Family Services to\nexecute an amendment to increase funding for one of the sole source Family\nVisitation Centers and Safe Child Custody Exchange (FVC/SCCE) contracts\nwith El Nido Family Centers for the remaining two optional one-year periods, in\nthe amount of $279,014, the increase is funded using 100% Flexible Family\nSupports (FFS) funds in the amount of $126,796, for the third optional year\nperiod effective October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, the fourth\noptional year increase will be funded by both FFS and AB 2994 funds through\nSeptember 30, 2026, the new maximum annual contract amount is $279,014,\nusing 55% AB 2994 funds and 45% FFS funds, funding is included in the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 adopted budget; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Children and Family Services) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to one or both existing contracts to increase the\nMaximum Annual Contract Amount for additional deliverables including\nsibling visits, respite care, and any other activity that could enhance the\nFVC/SCCE program, provided that sufficient funding is available for the\nincrease; and\nExecute amendments to one or both existing contracts for programmatic\nchanges to the statement of work, terms, and conditions of the contract\nand any of its exhibits.
