Waterworks District No. 40, Antelope Valley Memorandum of\nUnderstanding\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Waterworks\nDistrict No. 40, Antelope Valley (5) (District), authorize the Director of Public\nWorks to execute an amended and restated Memorandum of Understanding\n(MOU) between all members of the Antelope Valley Regional Water\nManagement Group to establish the cost sharing amounts of each member for\nongoing regional stakeholder meetings, project updates and grant support; and\nauthorize funding the District toward the cost of ongoing support and\ngroundwater level monitoring effort in the Antelope Valley Basin in an amount\nnot to exceed $20,308; and find that the approval of the MOU is not a project\nunder the California Environmental Quality Act.
