Driving Under Influence and Vehicular Homicide Training, Education, and\nProsecution Program Grant Funds\nRecommendation: Authorize the District Attorney to accept grant funds from the\nCalifornia Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $1,784,727, for the\nDriving Under Influence and Vehicular Homicide Training, Education, and\nProsecution Program, for a one-year period from October 1, 2024 through\nSeptember 30, 2025, with no required County match for the grant; and\nauthorize the District Attorney to serve as Program Director and execute and\napprove the OTS grant agreement and any revisions, amendments,\nmodifications, and/or extensions to the OTS grant agreement that do not\nincrease the Net County Cost of the Program.
