Annexation of Territories for County Lighting Districts in the City of\nDiamond Bar\nRecommendation: Adopt a Resolution of Intention to annex subdivision\nterritories consisting of roadway segments with existing streetlights known as\nProject Nos. 13-19A, 112-101A, 124-129A, 133-79A and 173-119A, located in\nthe City of Diamond Bar (1), to County Lighting Maintenance District (CLMD)\n10006 and County Lighting District Landscaping and Lighting Act-1 (CLDLL),\nDiamond Bar Zone; adopt a resolution ordering annexation to CLMD 1006 and\nCLDLL, Diamond Bar Zone, Project Nos. 13-19A, 112-101A, 124-129A,\n133-79A and 173-119A; and find that the proposed Project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
