Cerritos Community College District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Cerritos Community College District (District): Adopt a\nresolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the\nprincipal of, and interest on, the District’s Election of 2022 General Obligation\nBonds, Series 2024A (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$100,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2024-25 tax roll,\nand all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt\nservice schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by\nthe District following the sale of the Bonds.
