A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to receive\ncomments on the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual Performance\nEvaluation Report (“CAPER”) and adopt Resolution No. 24-55 – A Resolution\nauthorizing the City Manager to submit the 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance and Evaluation Report (“CAPER”) to the U.S. Department of\nHousing and Urban Development (“HUD”).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\ndocumentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 24-55 with the addition of any public comments received during the Public\nComment period; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
