6.F. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RUSSIAN-SPEAKING ADVISORY BOARD\n[J. JIMENEZ, M. CROWDER, L. MORALES]:\nSUBJECT: Vice Mayor Byers will make her direct appointment to the\nRussian-Speaking Advisory Board, and the City Council will make an at-\nlarge appointment to the Russian-Speaking Advisory Board.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Vice Mayor Byers to make her direct\nappointment to the Russian-Speaking Advisory Board for a term ending\nFebruary 28, 2025; and 2) The City Council to make an at-large\nappointment to the Russian-Speaking Advisory Board for a term ending\nFebruary 28, 2025.\nEXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent Calendar for\nseparate discussion are considered at this time.\nPUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for the public to address the\nCouncil on any item of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the\nCouncil that could not be heard under Item 1 at the beginning of the meeting.\nCOUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS AND MEETING ATTENDANCE REPORTS: This\nportion of the meeting is set aside for general comments, announcements,\nrequests from staff, subcommittee meeting reports, and/or other issues of\nconcern from members of the City Council.
