Horton Los Angeles Holding\nCompany, Inc., a California corporation (the “Developer”), the owner of\nthe remaining property within CFD No. 2021-1 (Avion Pointe/Acacia) of\nthe City of Perris (“CFD 2021-1”) related to the Developer’s plans to\ndevelop the remaining property. CFD 2021-1 is located at Windflower Lane\nand W. Bowen Road (Avion Pointe Tract) and E. PUBLIC HEARINGS: The public is encouraged to express your views on any\nmatter set for public hearing. It is our procedure to first receive the staff report,\nthen to ask for public testimony, first from those in favor of the project followed\nby testimony from those in opposition to it, and if there is opposition, to allow\nthose in favor, rebuttal testimony only as to the points brought up in opposition.\nTo testify on the matter, you need to simply come forward to the speaker’s\npodium at the appropriate time, give your name and address and make your\nstatement. After a hearing is closed, you may not further speak on the matter\nunless requested to do so or are asked questions by the Mayor or a Member of the\nCity Council.
