22. Public Hearing for an appeal of Planning Commission’s approval of a Development Plan\nReview (DPR-021499-2023) and Tentative Tract Map (TRACTMAP-021501-2023) to\ndevelop a 1.9 acre site with 45 residential units, consisting of eight structures, each three\nstories in height, as well as associated on-site and off-site improvements.\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the appeal received for the project; and,\n2) After receiving public comment and testimony, close the Public Hearing and adopt the\nfollowing resolutions:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-134 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW\n(DPR-021499-2023) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 45 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AS\nWELL AS ASSOCIATED ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON A\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 1707 N. TOWNE AVENUE (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL\nNUMBER 8339-001-008)\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-135 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.\n84154 (TRACTMAP-021501-2023) FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES IN\nASSOCIATION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF 45 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AS WELL\nAS ASSOCIATED ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE\nIMPROVEMENTS ON A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1707 N. TOWNE AVENUE\n(ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 8339-001-008)
