6.H. APPOINTMENTS TO THE LGBTQ+ COMMISSION, PUBLIC\nFACILITIES, RECREATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMISSION,\nRENT STABILIZATION COMMISSION, AND WOMEN’S ADVISORY\nBOARD [J. JIMENEZ, M. CROWDER, L. MORALES]:\nSUBJECT: Mayor Erickson will make his direct appointment to the Public\nFacilities, Recreation & Infrastructure Commission. Councilmember\nShyne will make her direct appointments to the LGBTQ+ Commission,\nRent Stabilization Commission, and Women’s Advisory Board.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Mayor Erickson to make his direct appointment\nto the Public Facilities, Recreation & Infrastructure Commission for a term\nending February 28, 2025; 2) Councilmember Shyne to make her direct\nappointment to the LGBTQ+ Commission for a term ending February 28,\n2025; 3) Councilmember Shyne to make her direct appointment to the\nRent Stabilization Commission for a term ending February 28, 2025; and\n4) Councilmember Shyne to make her direct appointment to the Women’s\nAdvisory Board for a term ending February 28, 2025.\nEXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent Calendar for\nseparate discussion are considered at this time.\nPUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for the public to address the\nCouncil on any item of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the\nCouncil that could not be heard under Item 1 at the beginning of the meeting.\nCOUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS AND MEETING ATTENDANCE REPORTS: This\nportion of the meeting is set aside for general comments, announcements,\nrequests of staff, subcommittee meeting reports, and/or other issues of concern\nfrom members of the City Council.
