Discuss the Grand Avenue East Side Land Use Change and take one of the\nfollowing final actions:\na) Keep the existing GP Land Use designation of Low Density Residential (LDR)\nfor this specific area; or\nb) Accept the Planning Commission's recommendation to change the land use\ndesignation to Estate Density Residential (EDR)
