Conduct a hearing on the proposed Resolution No. 2024 - ___ of the City of\nWildomar finding and determining that the public interest, convenience, and\nnecessity require the acquisition of certain property for public purposes; and\n2. Review the evidence presented, including this staff report and public comments,\nand close the hearing; and\n3. Find that on September 10, 2014, in accordance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State CEQA Guidelines §15070, the City\nCouncil adopted Resolution 2014-048 certifying an Environmental Impact Report\nfor the Project, and that on September 9, 2020, the City Council adopted\nResolution 2020-62, approving an Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report,\nand that no additional CEQA findings are required for the Project; and\n4.
