6-D. Los Angeles County Development Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year\n2024-25\nRecommendation: Approve the Los Angeles County Development Authority's\n(LACDA) Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2024-25 (Annual Plan), as required by\nthe United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to\nupdate LACDA’s program goals, major policies, and financial resources,\nincluding the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy for the Public\nHousing Program, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative\nPlan; adopt and instruct the Chair to sign the resolution approving the Annual\nPlan for submission to HUD and authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to take all actions required for the\nimplementation of the Annual Plan; authorize the Executive Director to execute\nall documents required to receive HUD allocated Capital Fund Program funds in\nthe amount of approximately $9,000,000; authorize the Executive Director to\nincorporate into the Annual Plan all public comments received and approved for\ninclusion by the Board and submit the the Annual Plan to HUD by April 17,\n2024; and find that approval of the Annual Plan is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
