3. 24-52417 Recommendation to adopt Resolution UT-1511 authorizing the General Manager to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary subsequent amendments, with Ferguson\nEnterprises, LLC dba Ferguson Facilities Supply, to furnish and deliver as-needed\nplumbing supplies, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the County of\nOrange, in a total annual amount not to exceed $1,500,000 until the County of\nOrange contract expires on February 10, 2029, for as long as the County of Orange\ncontract is in effect.\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
