1-D. Los Angeles County Development Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year\n2023-24\nRecommendation: Approve the Los Angeles County Development Authority’s\n(LACDA’s) Amended Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-24 (Annual Plan), as\nrequired by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development\n(HUD), to update LACDA’s program goals, major policies and financial\nresources, including the Capital Fund Program Annual Statement information,\nand the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy for the Public Housing\nProgram; adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution approving the Annual\nPlan for submission to HUD; and authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to take all actions required for\nimplementation of the Annual Plan, incorporate all public comments received\nand approved for inclusion by the Board, and submit the Annual Plan to HUD;\nand find that approval of the Annual Plan is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
