(ERSC) FOR DESIGN SERVICES OF THE KNOTT AVENUE (CRESCENT AVENUE TO\nARTESIA BOULEVARD) AND 8TH STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Engineering\nResources of Southern California, Inc. (ERSC) in the amount of $280,385 for design services for\nthe Knott Avenue (Crescent Avenue to Artesia Boulevard) and 8th Street Rehabilitation Project;\n2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\nagreement.
