8. CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS AND AWARDING HARDY & HARPER, INC. THE PW-692-\n21 FY 21/22 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$1,138,000.\nRecommendation: Consider adoption of a resolution to: 1.Approve the\nplans and specifications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 21/22 Street\nImprovements Project on Paseo Del Mar (City Project No. PW-692-21);\nand 2.Award of a construction contract to Hardy & Harper in the amount\nof $1,138,000; and 3.Authorize the City Manager to Execute all Contract\nDocuments and Approve Additional Construction Expenditures not to\nexceed $114,000, which is approximately 10% of the contract amount;\nand 4.
