AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25-02 WITH STANTEC\nCONSULTING SERVICES INC., FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DALE/WHITAKER COMPLETE STREETS\nPROJECT AND PSA NO. 25-20 WITH STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES INC., FOR DESIGN SERVICES\nFOR THE WHITAKER STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT\nThis item amends PSA 25-02 and also awards PSA No. 25-20 to Stantec Consulting Services Inc.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement\nwith Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for design services for the Dale/Whitaker Complete\nStreets Project; 2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement with Stantec\nConsulting Services Inc., for design services for the Whitaker Street Rehabilitation Project; 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the agreement; 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement;\nand, 5) Authorize a budget allocation in the amount of $20,000 from the undesignated Gas Tax\nfund balance for this purpose.
