Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Notes to Finance the Development\nof the Metro @ Florence Apartments Project\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution authorizing\nthe issuance, sale and delivery of tax-exempt Multifamily Housing Mortgage\nRevenue Notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $51,323,300 to\nfinance the site acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, or development of Metro\n@ Florence Apartments (Project), a 160-unit supportive housing development\nfor homeless and low-income families, located at 7220 Maie Avenue in\nunincorporated Florence-Firestone (2); and authorize the Executive Director of\nthe Los Angeles County Development Authority to negotiate, execute and, if\nnecessary, amend or terminate all related documents and take all necessary\nactions for the issuance, sale, and delivery of the Notes.
