Operating Budget System Implementation Services Contract Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to execute an amendment to an existing\ncontract with Neubrain, LLC to increase the maximum contract amount by\n$528,991.84, plus $52,899.18 (10%) in Pool dollars for unforeseen costs,\nincreasing the total compensation under the contract to $1,117,145.02, to\npurchase additional modules and provide professional services to upgrade the\nLos Angeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA's) Operating Budget\nSystem incorporate up to $581,891.02 of program funds into LACDA’s\napproved Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget for the cost increases; and upon\ndetermination, and as necessary and appropriate under terms of the contract,\nexecute any necessary amendments to the contract to add or delete services\nand utilize Pool dollars and if necessary, terminate for convenience.
