28. Risk Management Information System Agreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute\nan amendment to an agreement with Ventiv Technology, Inc., to implement and\noperate a fifth module that adds functionality for County Counsel’s Workers’\nCompensation (WC) Claims Division, Fire Department, WC Contract Law\nFirms, Chief Executive Office, and Third-Party Administrators, resulting in\nsystem enhancements to the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), this\namendment will add $726,492.23 in additional funding to allow for\nimplementation and Software as a Service subscription services for Module 5;\nand approve an additional $16,500,000 to be used as Pool Dollars for future\nRMIS system enhancements and changes, as needed, for a total overall amount\nof $25,616,904.19, increasing the total maximum agreement amount to\n$76,877,668.59.
