Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a supplemental law\nenforcement services agreement with Magic Mountain, LLC, for the provision of\nsupplemental law enforcement services on an ongoing basis at Six Flags Magic\nMountain theme park in Valencia (5), for the period of December 1, 2023\nthrough November 30, 2028, at no Net County Cost, with Magic Mountain\npaying the Department for services based on the appropriate and prevailing\nbilling rates as determined by the Auditor-Controller; and authorize the Sheriff\nto execute amendments to the agreement, including those that modify service\nlevels and/or annual billing rates.
