33. Fiduciary Electronic Information System Sole Source Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a sole source contract\nwith Panoramic Software, Inc. to provide Fiduciary Electronic Information\nSystem (FIDELIS) to the Department of Treasurer and Tax Collector, for a\nthree-year term, with two one-year and/or six month-to-month extension options,\ncommencing upon Board approval, with a maximum contract amount not to\nexceed $2,377,100, which is comprised of $2,161,000 for service costs and\n$216,100 for Pool Dollars for acquisition of additional work; and authorize the\nTreasurer and Tax Collector to take the following actions: (Treasurer and Tax\nCollector) APPROVE (NOTE: The Acting Chief Information Officer\nrecommends approval of this item.)\nExecute amendments to the contract to add, delete, and/or change\ncertain terms and conditions as mandated by Federal or State, or local\nlaw or regulation, or as required by the Board and/or Chief Executive\nOfficer, which are not part of the Statement of Work (SOW), approve\nassignment and delegation of the contract, resulting from acquisitions,\nmergers or other changes in ownership;\nExecute change notices or amendments to the contract to exercise the\ntwo one-year and/or six month-to-month extension options, increase the\nmaximum contract amount for an amount not to exceed 10% annually to\nallow for unanticipated increases in work volume, or special services;\nand\nExecute amendments and/or change notices to modify the terms of the\nSOW as operationally necessary.
