27. License Agreement to Southland Farmers’ Market Association for Marina\ndel Rey Farmers’ Market\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Beaches and Harbors to execute a\nlicense agreement with the Southland Farmers’ Market Association for the use\nof a portion of Parking Lot 11 to operate a Certified Farmers’ Market, the\n“Marina del Rey Farmers’ Market” (2), for an initial term of three years with two\none-year renewal options; execute any other documentation necessary to\neffectuate the license agreement, and amend, exercise renewal options, or\nterminate the license agreement; and find that the proposed actions are exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
