Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Proprietary Industrial Gas Pipeline\nFranchise\nOrdinance for introduction granting a proprietary industrial gas pipeline\nfranchise to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Delaware corporation\n(Franchisee), to operate and maintain its industrial gas pipeline system in the\nsame manner as that system existed and was operated at the time of the\noperative date of this ordinance, for a period of five years beginning on\nNovember 23, 2023 and expiring on November 22, 2028, with the base annual\nfee payable to the County by Franchisee to be determined according to a\nformula contained in Section 2 of the ordinance, and the Franchisee will also\npay a granting fee of $10,000.
