Expediting Traffic Signal Installation in the Unincorporated Community of\nAltadena\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Barger: Approve the\nAltadena-Windsor Avenue at Figueroa Drive Project (Project) located in the\nunincorporated community of Altadena; authorize the Director of Public Works,\nacting as the Road Commissioner, to use the previously approved On-Call\nTraffic Signal and Safety Construction Contract C, Fiscal Years 2023-27, to\ndeliver the Project by issuance of one or more work orders with a total\nestimated Project amount of $2,000,000; and find that the Project is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
