Approve the FY 2022-23 year-end appropriation adjustments for the\nDepartment of Health Services (DHS) to adjust its Enterprise Fund\nobligated fund balance to $1,791,644,000 as of June 30, 2023,\nincluding $325,274,000 in funding restricted for the Provider Relief\nFund;\n2. Approve the FY 2022-23 appropriation adjustments to realign funding\nfor the Measure B Special Revenue Fund; and\n3. Approve the FY 2022-23 appropriation adjustments to adjust long-term\nreceivables for Cost Based Reimbursement Clinics, Enhanced\nPayment Program, Quality Incentive Program, and Managed Care\nRate Supplement revenues at various DHS facilities.
