Recommendation as submitted by the Chief Executive Officer regarding\nadjustments to the 2023-24 Adopted County Budget to reflect various\nsupplemental changes and authorization to execute funding agreements.\n1. Adopt the attached supplemental changes to the 2023-24 Adopted\nCounty Budget. ADOPT 3- AND 4-VOTES\n2. Approve and instruct the Chair to execute Amendment No. 7 to\nCounty Agreement No. 67675 with the County Museum of Natural\nHistory Foundation, which will amend the 1994 funding agreement to\nincrease the base amount of the County’s funding obligation by\n$750,000 beginning in FY 2023-24. The increase will allow the County\nand the Museum Foundation to develop programming for the new\nCommons wing anticipated to open in 2024. APPROVE 3-VOTES\n3. Authorize the reallocation of residual bond proceeds and accrued\ninterest revenues from the Los Angeles County Public Works\nFinancing Authority Lease Revenue Bonds, 2019 Series E (the "2019\nSeries E Bonds") to fund costs for previously Board-approved capital\nprojects in the combined amount of up to $12,072,000, consisting of:\n(a) $1,108,000 for the Department of Mental Health Adult Outpatient\nProgram Interim Facility located at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, (b)\n$180,000 for Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Mental Health Children's\nOutpatient Clinic, (c) $210,000 for the Rancho Los Amigos South\nCampus Environmental Documents, (d) $9,052,000 for the Rancho\nLos Amigos National Rehabilitation Center North Campus\nInfrastructure and Demolition Project; and (e) $1,522,000 for the\nHarbor UCLA Medical Center Replacement Program. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or her designee, to execute\nand, if necessary, amend or terminate funding agreements with the\nLos Angeles County Development Authority in the amount of\n$12,705,000 for the Affordable Housing Development Trust Fund\nNotice of Funding Availability for a total amount not to exceed\n$87,705,000 and for the Gap Funding for the Notice of Funding\nAvailability construction contracts in an amount not to exceed\n$10,000,000.
